Residential Property Management
When Framework takes over the management of a property on behalf of the owner, we manage all aspects of the property, from evaluating the physical property and its associated leases to assessing and fine-tuning monthly income and expenditure. Equally important is ensuring that tenants find themselves in a controlled environment which is affordable, safe and appropriate. This in-depth approach results in a solid return on the landlords’ investments. When we adopt an asset on behalf of an owner, for passive or annuity income purposes, we understand that they may not be ‘property people’. This is why Framework is committed to managing for clients, by providing a property management service that benefits both the landlord and the tenant.

Residential Property Leasing
Finding a tenant who is suited to a property is an important first step in the letting process. This is followed by extensive reference and credit checks on all prospective tenants in order to reduce the possibility of obstructive or defaulting tenants.
To achieve this, Framework partners with well-established, high-profile credit and tenant bureaus, including the Tenant Profile Network (TPN) and the TransUnion Credit Bureau (ITC).

Commercial Property Management
Framework’s commercial division handles all aspects of property management including full maintenance management and facilities management. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop-shop to the owner, who has the luxury of selecting exactly which services they want to contract to Framework, thereby ensuring the different needs and requirements of the owners are met.

Commercial Property Leasing
Framework provides a full brokering service to owners only, which ensures that we focus on the tenant needs of the properties we manage. As Managing Agent, we are critically aware of each property’s strengths and shortcomings and can therefore add value with regard to the specific tenant mix requirements of each property and source ‘the right tenant for the right property’. We believe that this has a major impact on the long-term sustainability of a property.
